Service Agreements & Cancellations
All SEO service engagements are governed by a service agreement signed prior to commencement of work. Clients may cancel ongoing service agreements by providing 30 days’ written notice via email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial-period refunds will be issued.
Refunds for Ongoing Service Retainers
Due to the nature of SEO work — which involves strategy development, keyword research, content creation, link building, and technical audits — retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced and work has begun.
If you believe work has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of your billing date so we can review your case and work toward a resolution.
Refunds for One-Time Services
One-time services such as SEO audits, on-page optimization packages, or consulting sessions are eligible for a partial refund only if a cancellation request is submitted before 50% of the work has been completed. Once a deliverable has been submitted or a consultation has taken place, no refund will be issued.
Disputed Work & Revisions
We stand behind our work. If a delivered service does not meet the scope outlined in your proposal or service agreement, we will make reasonable efforts to revise and correct the deliverable at no additional cost. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with SEO results — such as rankings or traffic performance — will not be considered, as search engine outcomes are influenced by many factors outside our direct control.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks on services already delivered may result in suspension of services and potential legal action to recover costs.
